Community guidelines
Last updated 29 June 2026
PalSpark is a community for English learners and native speakers who want to help. These guidelines keep practice focused, respectful, and useful.
Be kind and respectful
Treat everyone with respect regardless of background, accent, or beliefs. Harassment, hate speech, and discrimination are not tolerated.
Be helpful — give real corrections
When you answer, explain why something works or does not. Clear corrections and examples help learners more than vague praise. Do not spam, mislead, or promote scams.
This is for learning, not dating
PalSpark is for English practice and Q&A — not romance, hookups, or unsolicited personal advances. Keep messages on-topic and professional-warm.
Respect privacy
Do not share other people’s personal information, voice notes, or photos without consent.
Keep it relevant
Post questions, answers, and practice sessions about English — grammar, phrasing, pronunciation, and real-world usage.
Be yourself
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent who you are. Face verification helps keep PalSpark trustworthy — attempting to bypass it or use someone else's recording is prohibited and may lead to account termination.
Report problems
Use in-app reporting for content or behavior that violates these guidelines. Our moderation team reviews reports and may remove content or restrict accounts.
Serious or repeated violations can lead to suspension under our Terms of Service.
