Correction

I look forward to hear from you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

After "look forward to", use a gerund (hearing), not the base verb (hear).

Almost — after "look forward to" you need a gerund (-ing form). Correct: "I look forward to hearing from you." Same pattern: "I'm looking forward to meeting you."
